That verse below tells us the importance of knowing if we follow the true Mashiach. If we follow the wrong Messiah, we follow the wrong good news. If we follow the wrong good news, we are accursed.
Gal 1:8 — Gal 1:9
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other good news unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other good news unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
We don’t need more reason than that, do we?

What’s more, Sha’ul made this observation of the Corinthian assembly:
2Co 11:3 — 2Co 11:4
But I am afraid that as the serpent deceived Eve by his cunning, your thoughts will be led astray from a sincere and pure devotion to Mashiach. For if someone comes and proclaims another Yahushua than the one we proclaimed, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or if you accept a different good news (gospel) from the one you accepted, you put up with it readily enough.
Just as the serpent deceived Chuah (Eve), that is the same way the deceiver has tricked us today into accepting false Messiahs. Indeed, we were warned in Mattityahu 24:4.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Messiahs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
So the onus is on us to judge for ourselves whether or not we are following the true Mashiach of the Bible. If not, we are following a false Messiah. It’s as simple as that.
Therefore, I have compiled 10 Characteristics of the True Messiah of the Bible. Indeed, we are called to walk as he walked.
1 John 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
Hence, if we are not walking according to the Messiah of the Bible, we are following a false Messiah.
Judge for yourself from the video above.
1 John 2:6 whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.
