Why Prophecy?
Why do we need prophecy? In the book of Revelation 12, it tells us that Satan has deceived the whole world. He has had thousands and thousands of years to construct and execute his deception. So, we cannot rely on man or the carnal wisdom that man gives us.
Therefore, it is impossible to overcome the deceptions without the spirit of prophecy. Hence the need for the Ruach HaMashiach to expose the works of evil so we have a chance to stand against the rulers of darkness.
