WHY KEEP THE PASSOVER?
Why keep the Passover? Today, we look at the importance of the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Now this is a video that starts out looking at why should we keep these feasts, then moves into how should we keep these feasts.
We also looked at Easter vs Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread, looking into the comparison between the origins of both feasts as well as the spiritual differences between both.
Interestingly, due to questions asked in this Facebook live video, we looked at several questions and answer topics of interest. What was meant to be a few minutes’ presentation turned into two hours of informative teachings.
One thing though, we must remember: do not keep the Passover unworthily. We must first repent and cleanse ourselves from the leaven of life. Flee from sin:
1Co 11-27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
1Co 11-28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.
1Co 11-29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.
1Co 11-30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep.
1Co 11-31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
