When it is good to be blind

It is Good to be Blind

It is good to be blind! What do I mean?

There are a few verses in the book of Yahuchanon (John) that are very telling. Unfortunately, these verses are hardly explored. Here are the powerful verses to which I refer:

Joh 9:39 And Yahushua said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

Joh 9:40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?

Joh 9:41 Yahushua said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

These verses should be repeated every day to believers who stick to denominational beliefs as the final truth. Not to mock, mind you, but to remind of the dangers of believing that we see (know).

Modern day Phariseeism

Now if you notice, these verses were aimed straight at the religious establishment (Pharisees)!

I have often said there is not much difference between the Pharisees and almost all modern denominations. Here is why.

Sticking to tradition and what we hold as truth, we reject almost every truth that comes our way. No matter how much scriptural proof Because of this, we cannot be led by Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) into any further truth. We say we see, therefore our sins remain!

Denominational Confusion Caused By Too Many People Who See

But why is this learning and adjusting necessary?

The first proof that it is necessary to open our eyes, is revealed in the thousands of Christian denominations worldwide. Most have differing theological views. That in itself must tell us that something is wrong. Why does each denomination think that they are right? Haven’t we stopped to think that we may have missed something?

decisions - this way - that way

No, the problem is, everyone beieves they have Ruach HaKodesh. Everyone has the Holy Spirit. But how can the Ruach of truth lead us into so many different truths? Has no one stopped to think that many of these may be deceiving spirits?

We Are Given the Spirit in Measure

The truth is, the Father does not give us all truth at once! Let me just look at one of the several reasons.

Jer 29:11-13 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith YHWH, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.  And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

He will hearken unto us when we call upon him…but: we shall find him when we search for him with all our hearts.

As such, he gave us the Ruach in measure. Each of us is given the Spirit here a little, there a little. The only person that was given the full “dose” of the Holy Spirit was Yahushua HaMashiach, the Son of YHWH:

Joh 3:34-35 For he whom Elohiym hath sent speaketh the words of YHWH: for YHWH giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.

There has never been another human being that the Father has “given all things” into their hand! Therefore, ALL of us are not given every truth (John 14:17 – Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth)!

Instead, he gives each of us differing gifts for the building of his body (1 Corinthians 12).

Quenching the Spirit

Importantly, each person’s gift(s) will be mitigated by his or her fleshly desires (1 Thess 5:19).

So, if someone is given the gift of teaching, he might teach doctrines that justify his “church” as his role is to “fall in line” and teach what the church teaches. He may have gone to a Bible school that taught him what to teach. Pastors also, will teach what builds or maintains their church.

Spiritual Suicide

So for a Christian member to believe these leaders and close their eyes to sound doctrine, is spiritual suicide.

Speaking of suicide, the wages of sin is death (Rom 6:23), and:

Joh 9:41 Yahushua said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

Sins remain, and the payment for that is death.

By following church doctrine and saying that we see, we will remain with our sins!!!

Idolatry

The Christian religion seems to have a magnet that has believers locked to what they already believe, even if presented with plain, obvious truth. This is often because of the idol that is the church.

church-idolatry

“I can’t just leave my church?!” The thought of leaving the church can be traumatic. This is compounded if the person has a position in the “church.” This is often why truth is blocked so the conscience does not have to be bothered.

This is idolatry.

Believers Do Not Have To Meet In Church

There is no law that we must attend a Christian church. As long as there is one or more like minded believer(s), they do not have to meet in a church. The early believers met in small groups in houses, under trees, in the temple in Jerusalem, in the synagogues, wherever they could meet.

False Church Buildings

It is the Roman Catholic Church that introduced the pagan tradition of church buildings, where the building was given holy status and revered. Architectually, the buildings are shaped in specific ways and have certain features that give honour to pagan gods. That is just the start.

The modern church system is not “it.”

church-architecture
Those that are “blind” will be able to identify Ba’al sun worship in this architecture. The phallus on the left, capped by a triangle; the triangular shaped roof with the circle in it (all-seeing eye) along with the circle as the sun with the rays around it. The windows and doors also herald the sun god with the rays around it. Those who “see” will say, “it is just a church.”

The Right Path?

However, not to digress, we must know that thinking we see, we will remain blind. Thinking they see, our sins will remain!

So what is the right path? Take action on truth. Claim to know nothing (claim to be blind) and pray to YHWH through his Son to fill us with his truth. In effect, we will be doing Matthew 16:24. We will be denying ourselves and placing ourselves in the hands of YHWH through his Son.

wrong-way-sign

This will start a process of revelation of truth, and at no time along the way should we ever believe we know it all. We must always be willing to be blind so we can see.

What do we have to lose?

Actually, we have nothing to lose, but have everything to gain. First of all, we will be following truth, not religion. Because we are following truth, our sins will not remain. Being blind, spiritually we will see and finally be liberated from the bondage of Pastors and the false church system.

False church system revealing pagan symbols and un-biblical baptism.

It will begin a process where we will begin to see, a little bit at a time. As we remember always that:

Rev 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it (the kingdom of heaven) any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Happy to be Blind

We MUST stop rejecting truth when it comes us. If we we continue to reject truth, if we say we see and need not learn anything else, then we will be blind and our sins will remain.

For the wages of sin is death.

It is good to be blind!
