Discover How to Follow the Way
I started my walk as a so-called believer back in late 2011 as a member of a “one-God Pentecostal” church. This Sunday church believes that there is one “God” and his name is Jesus Christ. To them, Jesus Christ is the Almighty and he is to be worshipped as such.
Being one who searched the scriptures for myself, I was shown the errors of their teachings over time. I have come to see the danger (idolatry) of these errors and how blind I was before I sought and found the truth. One thing they have right is that there is one Elohim, but his name is not Jesus Christ.
Had I been content with what was being riveted in my head as being the truth, I would still be lost in the false religion of Christianity and specifically Pentecostalism. I would still be lost in the idolatry of “Jesus” worship. Had I not listened to others apart from those in my organization, I would still be in darkness.
Having been there and done that, I feel it for all Christians. Each denomination has its share of false teaching. In my search, I have seen none, no not one denomination that is not tainted by the mystery religion of Babylon under the leadership of Rome.
As a result, it is my sincere desire to see all Christians at least come into the truth that I have found so far. That is the reason I write this article.
Of course, I would be deluding myself if I thought I got it all right. The web of deception seems to be never-ending as I discover more and more lies as time goes by. Satan is indeed a formidable opponent!
The Wide Gate vs The Narrow Gate
This presentation will consist of two main parts. Firstly, we will look at the fallacy of Christianity to show you that Christianity is indeed a gross error. We must do that to show you that Christians are headed for the wide gate (that leads to destruction).
Then, we will look at how to find the narrow gate that leads to life, by following the true way given in the Bible.
Now almost all the articles on this website highlight some misunderstanding or false teaching of the religion called Christianity. Never forget, Ruach HaKodesh (the Holy Spirit) was given to GUIDE US INTO ALL TRUTH (John 16:13).
A religion of so many errors cannot be the work of YAHUAH through his Holy Spirit (that guides us into all truth). Why? His Holy Spirit will not guide us into some truth and some error. No way!
Confusion and deception is the ‘trademark’ of the enemy.
Indeed, with over 40,000 denominations worldwide, Christianity is modern Babylon (confusion) and YAHUAH is not the author (causer) of confusion in his assemblies:
1 Cor 14:33 For YAHUAH is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all assemblies of the saints.
Therefore, it does not take a rocket scientist to see the confusion and figure out that something is terribly wrong with Christianity.
Messiah Never Came to Start a Religion
Indeed, the problem begins with religion: the Messiah never came to start a religion. He came to show us a way of life that is in him (John 14:6).
Religion is not of YAHUAH but is the strength of the enemy.
Indeed, much of the Messiah’s teachings in the New Testament are based on verbal battles between himself and the religious orders of the day: the scribes, Pharisees and Sadducees.
Now don’t forget how this battle ended: they never relented until they had him killed!
If he was on earth today, he would have his hands full fighting both Judaism and its younger sister, Christianity.
Why It Is Hard for the Religious to Let Go of Religion?
The sad fact is that very few religious people actually let go of religion. The only ones who will let go are those who have eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart to understand.
It is only those who really want to give up self in order to serve the Most High who will flee religion. Self (with its lusts, desires, wants, and ambitions) is why the religious are content with being religious.
That is why the Messiah said if we want to follow him, we first must deny ourselves. More on this later.
Why Write This Post?
This post is designed to give an understanding of what the one true way is and how we should go about following that one true way. It is for those who want to serve YAHUAH in Spirit and in truth according to his will.
Do you want to save your soul and not be blindly led into a ditch to your destruction? This is for you.
Are you satisfied to follow what you know, even if it is a false doctrine? Well, this post will make you uncomfortable.
The Early Believers Were Not Christians
Never ever be deceived. The early believers were not Christians! The Way we will show in this post is the way the Apostles and first-century disciples followed before the faith was forcibly polluted by Rome, which gave us Christianity.
Before modern Christianity came, the believers were called followers of the way or Natsarim (Nazarenes), which means branches (See John 15:5: I am the vine, ye are the branches). They were so named after their king Yahusha of Nazareth (from whom we got the name Natsarim).
They were not initially called Christians, neither did they call themselves such. In fact, there were Christians long before the Messiah came on this earth.
The followers of Serapis Christus were also called Christians (in their language), as were the followers of Chrestas Mithras. We will look more at that soon.
Here is Apostle Sha’ul (Paul) telling us who the early believers were:
Act 24:14 But this I confess unto thee, that after THE WAY which they call heresy, so worship I the Elohim of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:
Just as important as to who they were, is what they believed in. Did they believe that the law is done away with as much of Christendom now says? No! Sha’ul said: “believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets.” That means they obeyed the Torah (the law)!
Here below, hidden in plain sight in the book of Acts, we have Sha’ul being described as the leader of the sect of the Nazarenes (Natsarim):
Act 24:5 For we have found this man (Shaul) a pestilent fellow, and a mover of sedition among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes:
Act 28:22 But we desire to hear of thee what thou thinkest: for as concerning this sect (of the Nazarenes/Natsarim), we know that every where it is spoken against.
There is nothing new under the sun. Just as the sect of the Natsarim was spoken against then, so it is spoken against today. Very few of us are willing to go through the narrow gate that leads to life. Most of us will choose the wide gate of religion.
But most importantly, we see that the faith was not Christian, which is why I am not a Christian. Like Apostle Sha’ul, I am a follower of the way, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets.
If we don’t follow this way, Sha’ul said in Gal 1:8-9 that we are accursed. It is this way, the one, and only way, that I present to you today.
What About Antioch?
It was at Antioch that they were first called Christianianos, which is a condescending nickname meaning “poor fools.”
The actual word that means “retard” or “idiot” is derived from CHRISTIANIANOS: cretin – a term of scorn:The American Heritage Illustrated Encyclopedic Dictionary tells us the etymology for the word CRETIN:cre-tin (kre-tin, kret’n) n. 1. One afflicted with Cretinism. 2. A fool; an idiot. [French, cretin, from Swiss French, crestin, CHRISTIAN,hence human being (an idiot being nonetheless human).]
Cretinism is dwarfism and or retardation. Cretin is simply the word that is derived from the word CHRISTIAN, crestin. Source.
With Christianity came false European additions to, and subtractions from the word. Now YAHUAH told us not to add to nor subtract from the word!
It is therefore imperative that we find that one true way. The Father warned us about adding and taking from his word and the Messiah warned us more than once, that there will be false messiahs impersonating him:
Mat 24:4-5 And Yahusha answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Messiah; and shall deceive many.
Mat 24:24 For there shall arise false Messiahs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
So since we have been so warned, it is a must that we find the one true way. We must find the one true biblical Messiah, the one that warned us to let no man deceive us.
There Were Christians Before the Birth of the Messiah
Previously, I touched on the fact that there were Christs and Christians (in their own languages) before the Messiah was born. One of them was the Greco-Egyptian god called Serapis Christus c.a. 135 BC. The marble image in the London Museum (shown below) is one of the images they use for Jesus Christ today.
The following was taken from an article on the Sabbath Covenant website:
Very few people realize that the term “Christian” was a very popular pagan label associated with many pagan cults long before the Messiah lived and died! In fact, the followers of Mithras, Helios, and Osiris… all “Christians” or “Chrestos” in Greek:
- Chrestos Mithras
- Chrestos Helios
- Chrestos Osiris
- Krishna (is Sanskrit for Christ)
All followers of pagan “Christs” were called “Christians”. The followers of Yahusha the Messiah were called by a very specific name and it was never “Christians” it was “Nazarenes” see Acts 24:5 and Acts 28:22.
The question that begs to be asked is the following:
“What would a bunch of Jewish Israelites that practice the Torah of Yahuah and followed a Jewish Messiah (which means anointed King) be doing with a Greek term used by Pagans as a label for themselves?” … they wouldn’t and they didn’t.
Syncretism
Now let us look at what Christianity is really about. Daniel prophesied that in the last days, knowledge shall increase. Knowledge reveals that Christianity is the result of syncretism, which is the fusing together of different beliefs. Here is another excerpt from the Sabbath Covenant which explains this.
Through the pagan cult of Christianity, we have elevated Tammuz (under his pagan names Hesus Horus Krishna which evolved into Jesus H. Christ) and the unholy Trinity of I.H.S. (Isis/Horus/Seb the pagan god names of Semiramis/Nimrod/Tammuz) in our hearts as God above Yahuah (The Abomination of Desolation).
And in that name, Jesus, which is a false image of the true messiah, we have abolished the Feasts/Torah/Sabbaths and are guilty of the Great Apostasy and have fallen away from Yahuah in totality (The Transgression of Desolation).
We have become lawless following the lawless one (the name in which The Law has been abolished) Jesus Christ (the false image of Yahusha) and where there is no law there is no sin, where there is no sin there is no Grace.
Because we have committed the Transgression of Desolation, Yahuah has given us over to believe a lie. We have replaced Yahuah/Yahusha/Passover/Sabbath with a pagan Babylonian lie of The Trinity/Jesus/Easter/Sunday and we are guilty of committing The Abomination of Desolation!
That abominable sacrifice is the blood of the Ishtar Pig on our hearts (the Altar) instead of the blood of the Passover Lamb as each year we sacrifice a pig (eat ham) on Easter (celebration of Ishtar) instead of a lamb on Passover.
We put our faith in the Good-Friday/Easter Sunday “Jesus” instead of the Passover/Sabbath Yahusha!
One is the “Earthly Pig of Ishtar” literally by name (see video below); the other is The Lamb of Yahuah literally by name.
This abomination each year causes the daily sacrifices and oblation of The Passover Lamb (Yahusha) to cease on our behalf which causes the destruction of our bodies (The Temple of Yahuah). Please see my book Abstract for more on this topic.
What occurred from the time of The Messiah’s death until now is called Syncretism and the result is called Christianity:
Syncretism (definition): is the combining of different (often contradictory) beliefs, often while melding practices of various schools of thought. Syncretism may involve the merger and analogizing of several originally discrete traditions, especially in the theology and mythology of religion, thus asserting an underlying unity and allowing for an inclusive approach to other faiths.
None Other Name Given Among Men By Which We Must Be Saved
So now that we have seen that Jesus Christ is of pagan origin and therefore not the son of YAHUAH, let us look more into the name. You must understand that the statement below was made almost 2000 years ago.
Act 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Kefa (Peter), the person who spoke it was a Hebrew. He was speaking to Hebrews.
Act 4:8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
That one true name must, therefore, have been a Hebrew name. Remember, there is none other name under heaven (on earth) given whereby we must be saved! So a new name, Jesus Christ, that is less than 500 years old could not be the name of which Kefa spoke.
Is the Name Jesus a Translation?
Now you may say, “oh, that is just the English translation of the name.” Really?
To answer that, I will not even focus on the fact that names are not translated for us to pronounce them in our language. A man is not called Pedro in Mexico and when he comes to Jamaica, we call him Peter. His name is still Pedro wherever he goes. So why should we translate or transliterate a precious “one name” by which we must be saved (re Acts 4:12)?
I will ignore that reality and focus on the fact that the English translation of his true name is not even Jesus!
His name was Yahusha. He had the same name as a famous man in the Bible. That Yahusha brought the children of Israel into the promised land.
Polluted Name Jesus
You see, the English equivalent of Yahusha is Joshua. It is not Jesus! Jesus is totally unrelated to Yahusha and is a contrived name given to us by pagan sun worshippers! Please take the time to check out the two short videos below.
And it gets even worse when we see the true underlying meaning of the name.
Meaning of Yahusha
What is the significance of the name Yahusha? Like all Hebrew words, it has meaning. Jesus has no biblical meaning.
Yahusha is a composite of YAHU (from the name of the Father YAHUAH) and Yasha (salvation/deliverance). That gives us Yahu-Sha.
So Yahusha actually means YAHUAH is salvation or YAHUAH delivers.
This is why he said this:
Joh 5:43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not: if another shall come in his own name (Jesus), him ye will receive.
Jesus has come in his own name, as his name has nothing to do with the Father and that is why there is salvation in no other name but Yahusha, as Yahusha literally means YAHUAH is salvation.
My point? You cannot follow the way and follow an invented pagan name. Both names are miles apart in opposite directions!
False Name Comes With False Attributes
The problem with the name Jesus Christ as well is that it comes with false attributes. The name usually comes with a combination of the following doctrines which result in disobedience, rebellion and countless abominations:
- Law is done away with
- Sabbath was done away with
- Feast days are done away with
- Feast days replaced with pagan holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc)
- Eating abominable meat (including swine, shellfish, etc)
- Trinity
- The incarnation of Jesus Christ (Man-God)
- Worship of Jesus Christ
- Worship of the image of Jesus Christ
- It is okay to sin
All these are in total opposition to the law and the prophets, and we must never ever forget:
Isa 8:20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
And so our faith cannot be in opposition to the law and the prophets, as Sha’ul (Paul) confessed his faith as believing ALL THINGS written in the law and the prophets:
Acts 24:14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the Elohim of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:
So Christianity that goes against the law and the prophets cannot be the one true way! At the same time, we see that the name is absolutely important.
Persons who follow the one true way, cannot follow these Christian teachings so they cannot follow a false banner (the name Jesus Christ) that stands before these false teachings!
See Why our belief is false if it does not have an old testament foundation.
How to Follow the Way
So in John 14:6, the Messiah Yahusha told us that there is only one way to the Father. One means one, not two or three or many. One.
John 14:6 Yahusha saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Most importantly, no one has access to the Father except through him, Yahusha, that one true way! He is the true biblical Messiah.
As such, it is the task of Satan, the enemy of our souls, to provide us with other ways to the Father apart from the one true way. In so doing, he sets up himself to get worship and for us to disobey YAHUAH.
He achieves this through many strategies, which include giving us:
- False messiahs
- False prophets
- False teachers
- Organized religions that point us to false messiahs, prophets and teachers.
- Religious denominations that tell us we must be followers of these religions to enter the kingdom (these religions now become the way. eg. Jehovah’s Witnesses, SDA, Pentecostalism)
- False church system that breeds thousands of denominations preaching different things (confusion)
The enemy is helped by our sinful nature (Romans 7) which breeds stubbornness and a desire for the legalistic repetitions that come with religion. You see, we are comfortable in religion as it gives us a set of dos and don’ts.
The Deception of Religion
We do what our religion says and we think we are saved, so we just legalistically strive to go through the routines.
We go to church, we tithe, we take communion, sing on the choir, call ourselves Christians. We might even belong to one of the denominations that tell us that as long as we are members of their denomination, then we are set for heaven.
We also hear that once we are saved, we are always saved.
Some even tell us that all we need to do is believe (in our minds) and have to do nothing else or we go into works. Then, according to them, we are fallen from grace. So the only way to have grace is to do nothing.
So many beliefs to choose from and all are false!
Why false? There is no great emphasis on following the one true way, the one true biblical Messiah, Yahusha of Nazareth. His way is the narrow path that is a joy to the spiritual man, but a pain to the carnal (religious) man.
That is why the false messiah Jesus Christ is so readily accepted. He gives us easy salvation. Nothing much is required of us after we say we believe. We can go back to living in sin to some degree and have the assurance that we are saved.
The Great Religious Delusion
Unfortunately, if we decide to believe a lie and not believe the truth, this stubbornness results in YAHUAH giving us a great delusion. But we absolutely must understand what a delusion is:
Delusion: something a person believes and wants to be true, when it is actually not true:
So delusion is based on our desires. We want it to be true, so YAHUAH will let it appear to be true. The bible tells us that YAHUAH will send us a GREAT delusion, a big lie simply because we refuse to accept his truth.
This is a fact ignored by Christians to their detriment. This is why we have to prove all things and hold fast to that which is good (1 Thess 5:21).
That is why we cannot follow a religion, but follow biblical truth, which is embodied in the way shown to us by the true biblical Messiah. The way of the false Greco-Roman created Jesus Christ will, therefore, be the way of delusion!
In fact, YAHUAH said he will even choose the lie that we believe if we refuse to believe his truth!
Isa 66:4 I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
Psa 81:11-12 But my people would not hearken to my voice; and Israel would none of me. So I gave them up unto their own hearts’ lust: and they walked in their own counsels.
Again this threat, this time referred to as a “great delusion” was repeated in the new covenant:
2Th 2:8-12 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Master shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
And for this cause YAHUAH shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
So we will be there thinking our way is the right way when we are actually following a great lie! Do you see how dangerous it is to not seek the truth? Indeed we were warned:
Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy Elohim, I will also forget thy children.
To avoid all of this delusion and rejection? He advised us to seek him diligently:
Jer 29:13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to YAHUAH must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
So it is not a simple case of just believing what we heard and that’s it: game over. Not at all. There is a reason we were advised to:
1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
So the word has given us everything we need to overcome the devil and find the one true way! However, most of us choose religion over the way.
Instead of following Messiah Yahusha who said not one jot nor tittle shall pass from the law till all be fulfilled, Christians follow a false Messiah Jesus Christ who said the law is done away with, no more Sabbaths, no more feast days, no more clean food, etc.
Since sin is breaking the law (1 John 3:4), we end up being lawless, workers of iniquity (repetitive sin). For this we will end up being told:
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Mat 7:23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’
So to help prevent us from being rejected on that day, this post is designed to point us back to the one true way; to the one true biblical Messiah: Yahusha HaMashiach.
This is meant to remove the deception of organized religion and show exactly what we need to do to overcome. To hear instead on that day, well done, though good and faithful servant.
Did You Know That There is No Christian Salvation, Inheritance or Kingdom?
Can I tell you that there is no Christian salvation, no Christian inheritance, and no Christian kingdom? That is a lie from the Father of lies who controls all organized religions.
Take a look at this study we did showing without a doubt, that Christian salvation and inheritance in the kingdom is a myth. Indeed:
John 4:22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Yahudym (Jews).
The Bible speaks of salvation for Israel (Luke 1:68-69) through a Messiah sent for Israel. This salvation is through the Messiah Yahusha who was a Yahudym (Jew) of the tribe of Yahudah (Judah).
Zec 8:7-8 Thus saith YAHUAH of hosts; Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their Elohim, in truth and in righteousness.
There was no promise to save a people who follow a Roman messiah, whose image is shown below. Somehow Rome has gotten us to worship this image, thereby breaking the first and second commandments:
Exo 20:3-6 “You shall have no other gods before me.
“You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I YAHUAH your Elohim am a jealous Elohim, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate me, but showing steadfast love to thousands of those who love me and keep my commandments.
Why Is It Important to know that salvation is for Israel?
Now idolatry aside, it is important to know that salvation is only for Israel and those who join themselves to Israel (Isa 56:6-8, Num 15:16). See: Let My People go! How Christianity Now Has Israel in Bondage (Spiritual Egypt).
Furthermore, Israel must walk in obedience to YAHUAH’S commandments and laws.
That is why they were in need of salvation because they did not obey the laws of the Most High. As a result, they were given over to their enemies and placed under the curses of the law (Deut 28:15-68).
To redeem us from the curses of the law, the Messiah Yahusha was sent (Gal 3:13). Through belief in him, we will walk as he walked (1 John 2:6) in obedience to the laws and commandments of his Father (John 15:10).
There is no provision in scripture, nor prophecy, that a people will walk in disobedience to him and be his people. None!
Eze 36:26-27 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
The promise of the new covenant is that the Holy Spirit will cause us to walk in obedience to his statutes and judgments (his laws). Is the Law done away with? YAHUAH forbid! Christianity is an invention of the Romans.
Mat 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
Christian Nomophobia
Nomophobia is a fear or disdain for laws.
Nomophobia, or fear of the law is what the enemy has cultivated in Christians through the writings of one man (Apostle Sha’ul).
This is despite the fact that Kefa warned us in 2 Peter 3:15-17 that Sha’ul’s writings are hard to understand. Then he stated that these writings are especially dangerous to the unlearned and the unstable because a misunderstanding will take hem to their destruction. Here is the warning:
2Pe 3:15-17 And count the patience of Master as salvation, just as our beloved brother Sha’ul also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him, as he does in all his letters when he speaks in them of these matters. There are some things in them that are hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other Scriptures.
You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, take care that you are not carried away with the error of lawless people and lose your own stability.
Take care YOU are not carried away with these errors and lose your stability! Here are some articles here on Just a Word that seeks to explain what Apostle Sha’ul meant in his writings. Go to What does Paul Mean?
This misunderstanding has left us with almost all of Christendom disobeying his laws in some shape or fashion. Whether it is living in wanton sin, or disobeying the sabbath or disobeying the feasts and more, Christians have a disdain for the laws of the Most High.
Is this what the bible says we should do? Is the law done away with? We have already shown Sha’ul confessing his faith as believing all that is written in the law and the prophets, so this cannot be what he is saying:
Acts 24:14 But this I confess unto thee, that after the way which they call heresy, so worship I the Elohim of my fathers, believing all things which are written in the law and in the prophets:
Law Shows Us What Sin Is
The first problem we have when we dismiss the law is that we remove the very source that shows us what sin is:
Rom 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? YAHUAH forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
So we need the law to show us exactly what sin is. Now, why do we need the law to show us what sin is?
Breaking the law Is Sin
The Bible describes sin as breaking the law:
1Jn 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
So if we break the law, we are sinners. We, therefore, need the law so we do not break them and found to be sinners. Why?
No Sinner Shall Inherit the Kingdom
1Co 6:9-10 Know ye not that the unrighteous (sinners) shall not inherit the kingdom of YAHUAH? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of YAHUAH.
So since we need the law to show us what sin is, and sin is breaking the law, and no sinner (unrighteous) shall inherit the kingdom, it therefore means we MUST obey the law! But how?
Walking In the Spirit
Our covenant is a spiritual one, through belief in one man: Yahusha HaMashiach. As a result, walking in the Spirit makes us fulfill the righteousness of the law as Sha’ul tells us below:
Rom 8:3-4 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, YAHUAH sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
The law shows us what sin is, but it did not have a provision for us to overcome the sin that it shows us! In comes Yahusha HaMashiach who came not to destroy the law, but to fulfill the law:
Mat 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
So the law was like a hurdle that the Messiah came to show us how to clear. Simply by believing in him, following him and abiding in him, we too can walk in obedience to the law as he did. Proof?
To fulfill comes from the Greek word pleroo (pronounced playroo), which means to satisfy, execute (an office), accomplish, (be) complete, fill (up), fulfill, fully preach, perfect.
So it is because he fulfilled or perfected the law why he is the one true way, sent to show us how we should also fulfill the righteousness of the law by following in his footsteps. Remember:
Rom 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.
That which is holy cannot be trampled upon!
So if we walk in the way of the Messiah, we are walking in his Spirit and remember:
Rom 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of YAHUAH dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Messiah, he is none of his.
Gal 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
And if we have the Spirit of the Messiah, then we will be able to walk in the Spirit. We will not live by the lust of the flesh and desires of this world. We will also be able to walk in love which will enable us to obey the Father’s laws. Why?
Walk in Love Love Fulfills the Law and the Prophets
Mat 22:36-40 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Yahusha said unto him, Thou shalt love YAHUAH thy Elohim with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
If you love YAHUAH with all your heart, mind and soul, you will live to do what pleases him, which is to walk in obedience to him. At the same time, if you love your neighbour as yourself, you will not transgress against your neighbour.
You will not covet him, you will be less likely to transgress against him. You will forgive him when he trespasses against you, and the list goes on.
As a result, you will not break the Father’s laws and commandments because you walk in love. You will obey the law.
Therefore, following the true Messiah will enable you to walk in the Spirit (which makes you deny the lusts of the flesh). Like him, you can love YAHUAH with all your heart, soul and mind as well as love your neighbour as yourself.
So in this way, you can spiritually walk in obedience to the law. Let me recap the process:
- Follow the one true biblical Messiah
- Walk in the Spirit AND in love
- Fulfill (obey) the law
What If We Still Transgress The Law (Still Sin)?
Does this mean we will never again sin? Certainly not. Christians will tell you no one can keep the whole law. Don’t you believe the Most High knows we will slip up along the path? Let me explain the process now to show the provision he has made for us.
How to Follow the Way: Incidental Sin
In this walk of faith, we are bound to trip up. Indeed, even the Messiah learned obedience through the things that he suffered. This that Yahuchanon said is so powerful:
1 Jn 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Yahusha HaMashiach the righteous:
IF we sin does not refer to willful sin (sinning on purpose). It refers to incidental, unplanned sin. If we sin incidentally, then realize we have sinned, then by asking the Father forgiveness in the name of his son, we will receive forgiveness.
This is speaking of true repentance in which we ask forgiveness and resolve to not repeat the sin. This prevents us from repetitive sin (iniquity).
Through this process we become sanctified, having sin put behind us each time and not going back there. We move from righteousness unto holiness.
Rom 6:19 I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh: for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness.
So we put all that is behind, and press on toward the mark of the high calling that is in Yahusha:
Php 3:13-14 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of YAHUAH in Mashiach Yahusha.
How to Follow the Way: Wilful Sin
But what about willful sin? What if we sin deliberately with no regard for laws or obedience?
We have heard people say things like, “”God” will understand,” or “We all have to sin,” or “Nobody is perfect,” or “Not because I am a Christian it does not mean I will stand for this!” What about people who say these things and go into sin?
Heb 10:26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries.
Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses. How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has spurned the Son of Elohim, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace?
For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “YAHUAH will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living Elohim.
See that?! When we actually do those popular acts of disobedience, we are counted as wilful sinners who have spurned the Messiah and profaned his blood. As a result, the Bible says we are not covered by the Messiah’s sacrifice! Read it carefully if you do not see what it says.
Judgment comes on those of us who do these things.
Can’t you then see the danger of Christianity? Can’t you see it is Satan’s religion of deception? They teach you that it is good to be evil (doing what is wrong in the sight of the Father is taught to be good).
It is because I see these things why my entire life is now dedicated to showing Christians the truth. Some have a zeal for the Most High, but not according to knowledge (Rom 10:2).
So please share this post with at least one Christian.
We Must be Followers of the Way
So that is why all we need to do is to be followers of the way (Yahusha HaMashiach). In so doing, we will connect to the Father while at the same time fulfill his righteousness that is laid out in his holy law.
We would not end up being sinful as we would be walking in the Spirit in obedience to what the law shows us as being sin. We are always mindful that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom (1 Cor 6:9-10).
If we sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Yahusha HaMashiach the righteous.
How Do We Follow the Way?
So the big question is, how do we follow the way? The answer is simple: by abiding in the Messiah Yahusha:
John 15:4-6 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.
I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.
Meaning of “abide” as used in John 15:4-6.
abide
μένω
menō
men’-o
A primary verb; to stay (in a given place, state, relation or expectancy): – abide, continue, dwell, endure, be present, remain, stand, tarry (for), thine own.
We have to dwell, remain, stand, abide in the one true Messiah. In addition, we cannot be his disciples if we do not abide in him!
John 15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit (only when we abide in him can we bring forth much fruit – see John 15:5); so shall ye be my disciples.
Now, what does it mean to abide in him?
1Jn 2:3-5 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of YAHUAH perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.1Jn 2:6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
So it is a case of following his commandments and walking as he walked. But how did he walk?
John 15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.
He walked in obedience to his Father’s commandments (laws)! This is why we are told who the saints (chosen, set-apart ones) are. They keep both the commandments of the Father and faith in his son:
Rev 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of YAHUAH, and the faith of Yahusha.
And we are reminded that commandment keepers are those who will inherit the kingdom:
1 Jn 2:3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
1 Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
Rev 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
How To Follow the Way: The ONE TRUE Biblical Messiah
So let me give a summary of how to follow the one true biblical Messiah: Mashiach Yahusha, the way, the truth, and the life. We CANNOT come to the Father except through the one Messiah! He warned us that many false ones would come (Mat 24:4-5, Mat 24:24).
As such, we will break down each step so we can clearly see the importance of each.
So to follow the ONE TRUE Messiah, here is what we need to do:
- Obey the one true good news (gospel)
- Find the one true Messiah
- We must deny self
- Repent and baptize in the name of the Messiah
- We must abide in him
- We must fellowship
- We must preach him to others
1) Obey The True Good News (Gospel)
The Bible speaks of one good news (gospel), just as it speaks of only one Messiah. Sha’ul even went as far as saying that if we do not obey this one gospel, then we are accursed!
Gal 1:8-9 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
Judgment for those who do not obey the good news (gospel)
But it gets even worse! The book speaks of judgment for those who do not obey the true good news!
2 Thess 1:8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not YAHUAH, and that obey not the good news (gospel) of our Master Yahusha HaMashiach:
1 Pet 4:17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of YAHUAH: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the good news (gospel) of Elohim?
So we absolutely must hear the one TRUE good news of salvation, which is for Israel (and whomever joins themselves to Israel).
See Study: Does the New Testament Speak of a Christian Inheritance or Kingdom?
It is no doubt that Christianity, through its European influence, preaches a false ‘gospel.’ This website is a testament to that. Over 70 articles now published and almost all showing Christian error.
Please note that these articles are not written for gain as I promote no denomination or physical church, neither do I promote myself. I ask no donations (YAHUAH will provide), I only desire that the veil of deceit to be removed from the eyes of those who read.
The Good News Begins & Ends With Israel
So let me continue. The good news of salvation starts and ends with Israel, not with a new religion called Christianity. Christianity itself is a conspiracy in the spirit of Esau and is therefore not born of YAHUAH.
Of course, I am not speaking about Israel the country, but Israel a people scattered over the “four corners of the earth” (Isa 11:12). For more on exactly what is Israel in this time, see: What is the Israel of YHWH.
Below are some references to just some of the articles on this website that seek to highlight and correct false gospels of Christianity.

2) Find the ONE true Messiah
The true faith is all about believing in and following one MAN: Yahusha HaMashiach (1 Tim 2:5).
The Old Testament prophesied of only one Messiah. The New Testament speaks of only one Messiah.
On the other hand, the true Messiah in the New Testament prophesied that many false messiahs will come. Therefore we MUST find and follow that ONE TRUE Messiah of the Bible.
Religion has thrown us many false messiahs, including the “Jesus Christ” invented by the Europeans. Jesus was created by man, based on the true Messiah mixed with pagan idols and teachings from the mystery religions of Babylon.
The Messiah Yahusha was sent by YAHUAH for us to follow him (follow his teachings, his way of life, his examples). The Romans switched it around and gave us the image of Jesus to worship it.
In so doing, they changed the Messiah from our brother, our teacher, our king, our example to follow, and made him into a (pagan) man-god. By so doing, we convict ourselves as idolaters, thereby breaking the first 3 commandments.
So to help you in finding the true Messiah and to help you spot the fake ones, here are some articles that were previously written on Just a Word.

3) We MUST Deny Self
Denying self simply means giving up on all our worldly wants, lusts, ambitions and desires. After denying self, we are satisfied with our essential needs being met and take everything (good and bad) with thanksgiving (Phi 4:6, 1 Tim 6:8).
We bring ourselves mentally to a point where we totally depend on him for leadership. Wherever he takes us, no matter how much we do not want to go there, we go. We must come to a point where we say: “nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.” See Luke 22:42.
If We Do Not Deny Self, We Cannot Be His Disciple
Now that we have found the true Messiah, we will want to be his disciples. However, he set conditions that have to be met before we can be his disciples. This one essential step, in particular, has been omitted by almost all believers who try to follow the Messiah. Yet, without it, we are wasting our time, we cannot be his disciples!
Pastors, eager to build numbers in churches (the more people, the more tithes and offering), do not tell people what they need to know.
Instead, they tell people what helps to build their earthly kingdoms called churches. Therefore, they try to make it as easy as possible for people to come in.
How many pastors out there teach new converts that they must deny themselves before they can follow the Messiah?
Mat 16:24 Then said Yahusha unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his stake, and follow me.
“IF” is conditional. Matthew 16:24 is saying that if we do not deny ourselves and pick up our stakes (trials, troubles), we cannot follow him. Here is confirmation.
Luke 14:33 So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, hecannot be my disciple.
Luke 14:27 And whosoever doth not bear his stake (cross), and come after me, cannot be my disciple.
Luke 14:26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.
So there are only two ways to it. Either we deny ourselves and be accepted by him, or we do not deny ourselves and be rejected by him. Our journey as people who say we believe is as simple as that.
Christianity Manifested as Being Evil
Do you see how evil Christianity is? They are telling people all they have to do is say a sinner’s prayer or all they have to do is believe and they are saved. At baptism, many are not even told that they must repent first!
That is straight deception, leading us to destruction because if the blind leads the blind, both shall fall in the ditch (Matt 15:14)! If that is not evil (taking a soul to the lake of fire), then tell me what is.
The Big Choice and its Possible Outcomes
In reality, if you do not make up your mind to forsake everything important to you in this world, you cannot truly follow the Messiah! He said it, not I.
You must make up your mind first before you go to the next step! That is a big choice, deciding to forget the old me. Most of us never make the choice and so that is why so many of us fail and so many of us struggle in our walk.
Instead of spending our time being led by the Spirit as we should (because we have denied self so the Spirit can have its way), we can only spend our time battling our own fleshly needs, lusts, and desires! Then we blame it on Satan when in reality, it is us that are our own enemies.
It is only after we have made up our minds to deny ourselves that we should think about the next step, which is repentance and baptism.
4) Repent and Baptize in the Name of the Messiah
Col 3:17 And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Master Yahusha, giving thanks to YAHUAH and the Father by him.
When Kefa (Peter) told the Yahudym about their sins in Acts chapter 2 (almost 2000 years ago) they asked Peter what should they do.
Act 2:36-37 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that YAHUAH hath made that same Yahusha, whom ye have crucified, both King and Messiah. Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Kefa and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?
Kefa replied:
Act 2:38 Then Kefa said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yahusha HaMashiach for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Note, Kefa advised them to baptize in the name of Yahusha HaMashiach, not in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and not in the name of Jesus Christ.
Remember, there is none other names under heaven given among men through which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). That one name must be the name they called him when Kefa spoke. It must be a name (not titles as in Father, Son, Holy Spirit) and not a new name (Jesus) that only appeared some 400 years ago.
Baptism itself is essential in that it brings one into the covenant of promise that Israel will inherit the kingdom.
Act 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as YAHUAH ou Elohim shall call.
The Messiah himself told us baptism was necessary to fulfill all righteousness.
Mat 3:14-15 But Yahuchanon forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? And Yahusha answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
Indeed, he left a stern warning alluding to the importance of baptism before he left:
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Got it? I hope you do.
5) Follow him without wavering
Now that you have heard the word of truth, the good news of your salvation, you have found the one true Messiah of the bible, denied yourself, repented and baptized in his name: congratulations! You have found the way.
Now is the time to abide in “the way” which of course is none other than Yahusha HaMashiach.
Study scripture, study Torah, follow the Messiah’s commandments, follow the Father’s commandments and laws by walking in the Spirit. Learn obedience by the things that you suffer. Abide in him.
Heb 5:8 Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
The Son walked in the commandments and laws that Christendom has discarded in various degrees. If we follow him, we also must walk as he walked. Generally, he kept the law perfectly, but more specifically he:
- Kept the 7th day Sabbath
- Kept the feasts of YAHUAH
- Did not eat pork, shrimp and other unclean food
- Worshipped the Father
- Worshipped the Father as one Elohim, not as part of a trinity
- Did not worship an image
- Was sent for Israel, not Christians
- Never came to start a religion called Christianity
- He was not a Roman (Jesus); he was Hebrew
- Never told us the law was done away with
- Never told us once saved always saved: he told us he that endureth to the end shall be saved
- Lived a humble life
- When he was reviled, he did not revile in response
- Forgave even those who killed him (forgive them, they know not what they do)
- Did not say we should worship him, only that we should follow him
6) We Must Fellowship
Now is the time to fellowship with like-minded believers. I do not recommend anyone to go to a church or church-like institution. That is plain evil. The church is evil.
The church as we know it is partaker of the harlot’s sins. See: Why the Institutional Church is Not biblical. You might have to read this article to understand what I really mean.
Let no one scare you about not forsaking the gathering of the brethren, because where two or three are gathered in his name, he is right there in the midst.
Mat 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
YAHUAH will provide you with a fellowship group. He will lead you and teach you through whomever he leads you to.
As a young believer, however, you will need a shepherd, one who can guide you in the way. For this, you do not need a pastor based in a building collecting tithes and “lording” over you. For starters,
Even while being led, prove all things, hold on to what is good, using the Bible as your reference. Never take anyone’s word for anything. Search scripture for yourself, praying to YAHUAH in the name of his son for the leading of his Holy Spirit.
Understand for yourself. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge and if you are blindly led into error, you too will fall into the ditch.
7) Preach the Good News to others
We are told to go into all the world and preach the good news that we have been taught. Of course, it is not the Christian news of Jesus Christ coming to take Christians to heaven.
It is not the Christian news of a pre-tribulation rapture coming to whisk Christians way, thereby escaping the great tribulation that is coming soon.
The good news is that salvation has come to Israel, not Christians (see Luke 1:68-79) through belief (faith) in Yahusha HaMashiach, the son of YAHUAH, and so we must repent and believe the good news. See why salvation is only to Israel and not to Christianity and see where the lie of a Christian inheritance came from.
Mar 1:14-15 Now after that John was put in prison, Yahusha came into Galilee, preaching the good news of the kingdom of Elohim, And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of Elohim is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
So let us see what we should preach about the good news (gospel) according to verse 15:
- The time is fulfilled: the prophesied Messiah came and fulfilled prophesy of Israel’s Messiah
- The kingdom of YAHUAH is at hand: each day draws us closer to the coming kingdom
- Repent – turn from evil
- Believe the good news – belief on the good news of salvation through belief in the Messiah
So we should preoccupy ourselves for the rest of the time on this earth spreading the good news.
Conclusion: How to Follow the Way
So that is it in a nutshell. I have tried to condense it so we can all have a blueprint as to how to follow the way. After all, most of us have been cultured and drilled into following a religion and not the way.
It is so ironic how the biggest religion on earth claim to name themselves Christians after the Messiah who they call Christ, simply make no attempt to follow him. Most are waiting for a rapture that is not biblical…waiting to be taken, not knowing that it is the wicked that will be taken and destroyed. See Who will be taken and who will be left.
So don’t be one of the foolish to whom the Messiah will say, depart from me, I never knew you (Matt 7:21-23). Follow the way, abide in the Messiah, and on that day, you will hear, well done, though good and faithful servant (Luke 19:17)!
Please share this post with as many persons as possible, particularly with Christians!
Hi, You mentioned that the new name (Jesus) only appeared some 400 years ago but would you be honest to admit that:
(1) your version of his name (Yahushua) only appeared in the 1920s-1950s with the advent of the Sacred Name Movement?
(2) his name was not written in English and so it could not be written as you have it as “Yahushua” with English letters
(3) you were not present when his parents named him so you cannot be
100% certain
(3) you do not have a copy of his birth certificate and so you can only make guestimates
(4) all transliterations and translations of his name are suppositions or approximations and are not necessary factual
(5)you are creating division on a matter that you cannot be absolutely sure about
(6) All names such as Jesus, Yeshua, Yahshua, Yahushua, Yahvahshua etc are all referring to the same person who died for the sins of the world and by dishonouring any one of the names amounts to dishonouring the Saviour of the World.
I am
Orville
Hi Orville, there are so many questions to answer and to do so would take much time. I will answer simply by asking, “aren’t you asking these questions simply because you want to remain as is and you are not seeking truth?”
Why? Because the one seeking truth would try to prove all things. In so doing, you would eventually reach the understanding that everything about Christianity is made up and is a false gospel of a false messiah (Jesus Christ), preached by false prophets (pastors) in a false temple (church). You would understand that the true belief is not about religion, but about a nation of people: the children of Israel.
Also, the one seeking truth will not justify the wicked (Pro 17:15). What do I mean? One would have to be wicked to perpetrate such an obvious lie, to create a false name and false image and trick people into worshiping it, as they have done with the name “Jesus” and the image that accompanies the name. By us refusing to prove all things in that regard, and seeking to justify it by trying to nullify the source of the proof, we are therefore justifying the wicked, which Proverbs 17:15 says those who do so are an abomination.
I can only encourage you to seek (Jer 29:13) and not seek to defend what you think is true (Jer 2:11).
I desire to learn more about – YAH -. Do you have fellowships.
