Flee Out Of The Midst Of Babylon? Powerful Insight Into What It Means For Us Today

FLEE OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON

Flee out of the midst of Babylon and save every man his soul! The passionate plea of the prophet Jeremiah echoes out of Jeremiah 51:6. What does this mean for us today? Should we also flee? Why should I flee? From where? Flee to where? These and many more questions will be answered in this video series, featuring powerful insights into the command to flee from the midst of Babylon.

FLEE TO THE MOUNTAINS

This series began with one insight: an understanding of the Messiah’s instructions to flee to the mountains. Having started a new personal YouTube channel where I strove to create shorter videos than we do for our Just a word channel.

One of the first few videos was Flee to the Mountains. The Most High, through Ruach HaQadosh, gave us an understanding that has eluded most people in this world who study the Bible.

You see, there are 3 accounts in the bible where the Messiah warns of the end time destruction where he tells us to flee. In two places he told us to flee when we see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet. Once, he tells us to flee when we see Jerusalem surrounded with armies.

ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION

Mat 24:15  When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
Mat 24:16  Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

Mar 13:14  But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

flee babylon

JERUSALEM COMPASSED

Luk 21:20  And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Luk 21:21  Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE? THE TIME OF THE GENTILES

To fully see the difference, you need another verse in the book of Luke:

Luk 21:24  And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

The big difference between both is the “trigger,” the warning sign for us to flee. In Luke, it is speaking about 70 AD which started the process of us going into captivity. That captivity would be until the times of the Gentiles is fulfilled. That has already occurred!

Hence for us today, that has already happened and in the account in Matthew and Mark, we have a new trigger: when we see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet.

So we are almost at the end of the time of the Gentiles, so we are not awaiting a city called Jerusalem to be surrounded by armies. If that is what we are awaiting, we will be deceived. Hence we must know what the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet actually is.

Notice, on both occasions in regards to the abomination of desolation, HaMashiach said: “(whoso readeth, let him understand:).” That means it will not be simple A,B,C. It will take some figuring out. Watch the video below for more detail on what was just said. It is important you get the full understanding as we kickstart the series.

WHAT IS THE ABOMINATION OF DESOLATION?

So the next logical thing to ask is, what is the abomination of desolation?

Indeed, if we are near the time of the Gentiles (and as students of prophecy, we know we are), then we have to figure out what is the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet.

But in so doing, we have to bear in mind the clue given by Messiah Yahusha, which is: “(whoso readeth, let him understand:).”

This is a sure indicator that it will be a brain buster. In the video below, we looked at the manifestation of the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet under Antiochus Epiphanes IV and then look at how it is manifested today, right at this very moment, the abomination of desolation is laying the temple of Aluah waste. It shows us why at this very moment, we are at the trigger event to flee out of the midst of Babylon.

FLEE FROM THE MIDST OF BABYLON: WHAT DOES THIS MEAN

nuclear-blastSo now we have to pay special attention to the command to flee from the midst of Babylon. Now we understand what it means to flee to the mountains. Now we understand what the abomination of desolation is. So now we have to look at little bit more closely as to the meaning of flee from the midst of Babylon.

If I was to use 2 verses and summarize what this means, it would be from Jeremiah 51:5-6.

Jer 51:5  For Israel hath not been forsaken, nor Judah of his Aluah, of YAHUAH Tsaba’oth; though their land was filled with sin against the Holy One of Israel.
Jer 51:6  Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of YAHUAH’S vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence.

Though we, the children of Yasharal have been so sinful against the Most High, he assures us that he will not forsake us. Hence we should flee out of the midst of Babylon to save our souls. Why?

Babylon has to pay for her iniquities and if we stay in Babylon, we can be CUT OFF, which means destroyed, disowned by the Most high, because he judges us staying in Babylon as us partaking of their iniquities!

WHAT IS BABYLON?

So first, we have to look at the simple but complex question as to “What is Babylon?”

Babylon is the system of economy married with religion that goes back to the tower of Babel, but accentuated under Nebuchadnezzar II, king of Babylon. This was hinted to us by Satan himself when he tempted HaMashiach in the wilderness:

Mat 4:8  Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory (economy/merchandizing/commerce/wealth) of them;
Mat 4:9  And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me (false religion).

babylon-pope-benedict-xvi-george bushIt is this marriage of wealth and worship and the mechanisms involved that constitute Babylon.

Hence it includes religion, money, buying and selling, education, entertainment, fashion, media, utilities: everything that makes the current modern economy operate.

The problem with this is that most people in the world think it is either. They don’t even realize it is both! That is why in Revelation 13 there are two beasts. The first beast is comprised of the kingdoms of the earth, and the second beast is the seat of Satan, the Revelation 17 woman, the religious head of Babylon: the Vatican led Christianity.

That is why in Revelation 18 it speaks about the merchants and the merchandise. It is both worldly wealth and religion.

FLEE OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON: WHAT IT REALLY MEANS

To flee out of the midst of Babylon therefore, is to leave the SYSTEM that involves buying and selling and false worship. That means going somewhere away fri=om the built-up areas where you do not need to partake of the system.

That means living “off the grid,” living in a natural, self sustainable environment where you do not need to use their money.

OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON?

But let’s look at the implication of the term “out of the midst of Babylon.”

Note well, he did not say flee OUT OF Babylon, but out of the MIDST of Babylon. Now here is the big difference.

Right now, Babylon has encompassed the whole world, so to flee from the midst emphasizes what we just said, take yourself away from the system so you are not partaking of their iniquity. As long as we are even using their money, we are partaking of their corruption.

Take a look at how corrupt Babylon is. Just the thought of overturning the abortion bill, and look at the protest. Take a listen to what the vice president said.

Protesting The Possibility Of Overturning Roe vs Wade

And there is no way for us to avoid being polluted by them, as long as you are in their company, as the word says:

Psa_1:1  Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

As long as we are around them, we will be caught up in their iniquity, as the word says:

Rev 18:4  And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

The video below will go deeper into the introduction as to what it means to flee from the midst of Babylon.

WHY WE ABSOLUTELY MUST FLEE OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON

Now after posting those videos, we got the responses from several persons asking what if they cannot flee. Rebuttals were given, like the Most High scattered us so he will gather us; we are in Egypt so just as he did the children of Israel, he will gather us as well.

Well, those questions were not dealt with immediately, but we next showed why we absolutely must flee from the midst of Babylon.

Before that, let me just say, that we have been spoiled and pampered into thinking this life of comfort that Babylon offers us is the only way.

flee from the midst of babylon

ARE WE REALLY SEEKING SALVATION OR DO WE PREFER THE COMFORTS OF BABYLON?

Ask yourself, what time are we looking at now? We are in the end time seeking for salvation unto eternal life. Do we think we are going to be told to flee Babylon, and we refuse, and then our Father comes and gathers us nonetheless? What about Abraham?

Heb 11:8  By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
Heb 11:9  By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
Heb 11:10  For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is Aluah.

That is our example! Abraham walked by emunah (faith). What about us?

Eph_2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of Aluah:

It is our emunah (faith) that brings the grace of our Father unto salvation. We are saved by grace THROUGH FAITH. Faith is the vehicle by which we receive his grace.

IS REFUSING TO FLEE, FAITH?

Incredibly, people were telling us that them refusing to flee is faith that the Most high will deliver them. However, a rejection of the Father’s command is rebellion. You cannot be rebelling and say it is emunah!

WHAT ABOUT HAMASHIACH YAHUSHA?

Now what about HaMashiach? Did he dwell in the comforts akin to Babylon?

Eph_2:8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Luk 21:37  And in the day time he was teaching in the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives.

Now it gets profound when we see what ABODE means as used in Luke 21:37.

G835
αὐλίζομαι
aulizomai
ow-lid’-zom-ahee
Middle voice from G833; to pass the night (properly in the open air): – abide, lodge.
Total KJV occurrences: 2

HaMashiach, who we are called to follow by walking as he walked (1 John 2:6), slept in the open air! Now we are saying we cannot flee from the midst of Babylon?

PSALM 91 AND THE COMMAND TO FLEE OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON

So, most people who spend some time in the bible will know Psalm 91: he that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Now one person brought this up saying there is no way if we trust in him, he will let us be destroyed, cut off in the iniquity of Babylon. So we seem to have a conflict here, until we examine Psalm 91 a little closer.

children fleeing-fireBut we must stop and think. Everyone confides in Psalm 91, even the sinner. Something has to give. It couldn’t just be open to everyone, because that would go against our instructions to walk in righteousness and holiness. And sure enough, the Most High told us in the very Psalm 91, just who the promises are for:

Psa 91:14  Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
Psa 91:15  He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

Because has has set his love upon me. What is love?

1Jn_5:3  For this is the love of Aluah, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
2Jn_1:6  And this is love, that we walk after his commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

He hath set his love upon me means he hath kept my commandments. That is why I will deliver him. Abraham was commanded to leave Ur of the Chaldees and we were commanded to flee out of the midst of Babylon. Abraham obeyed, he set his love upon YAHUAH! If we disobey, we have not set his love upon him, therefore the Psalm 91 will not be for us.

We will be left exposed!

Check out the video for more insights into the Psalm 91 as it matches up with the command to flee out of the midst of Babylon.

BABYLON, THE TWO WOMEN, THE TWO BEASTS & WHAT WE MUST DO TO BE SAVED FROM THEIR DESTRUCTION

For a few weeks, the Most High continued to give us more insights into this topic (flee out of the midst of Babylon). Therefore, it was no surprise that it was the topic of our Shabbat teaching.

There, the focus moved to understanding Babylon an d the 2 women of Zechariah 5 who built their house in Shinar (Babylon).

From there, the focus shifted to the two beasts of Revelation 13. Please watch the very detailed and inciteful teaching below that will give even more understanding on the command to flee out of the midst of Babylon.

THE LAND OF CONFUSION: A DEEPER LOOK AT HOW BABYLON GETS US TO PARTAKE OF HER SINS

Now what is the name Babylon derived from. It comes from the word Babel, which means confusion. But what is the implication for us?

Babylon uses confusion to run its kingdom. It is through this confusion that they also get us to partake of their sins. Remember:

1Co 14:33  For Aluah is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all congregations of the saints.

So it is the devil that thrives in confusion.

In the video below, we will show you how we live in the land of confusion. We will see why we must flee, as the confusion will almost certainly cause us to be caught up in their iniquity and hence partake of their sins.

NO SALVATION WITHOUT SEPARATION: THE ESCAPED OF YASHARAL

The question still lingered as to whether or not we can disobey the command to flee, stay put in Babylon, and still be protected by the Most High in the destruction of Babylon. So the next Sabbath’s teaching brought us to tackle that area once again.

babylon-woman-fruit-vendorTherefore, the teaching aptly looked at whether or not we can have salvation while sitting alongside the heathen. Scriptures showed over and over again, that in order for us to have access to salvation, we must first make a separation and be set apart from the heathen.

Focus was placed on Egypt, but scriptures showed that we were separated in Goshen. Watch the video for more depths into no salvation without separation, as we continue to look at our series of videos explaining what it really means to flee out of the midst of Babylon. You absolutely must see what “the escaped of Israel” spoken of in the Bible actually means.

WHAT IF I CANNOT FLEE OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON?

So after all those videos, the question still remained, “What if I cannot flee out of the midst of Babylon?”

What if I cannot flee?

The next video goes into the ramifications for those of us who will still be left in Babylon. What are the implications for us? What are our choices? You will want to see this.

WILL WE BE GATHERED OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON?

So the next big question is, will we be gathered out of the midst of Babylon? Because if we are to be gathered from the midst of Babylon, then the command to flee would be futile. This is the conflict that needs to be understood.

People awaiting an Egyptian gathering do not realize we are in Babylon, and must take ourselves out of Babylon, to be gathered in Egypt. If that sounds confusing, the video below will go into detail and unravel the mystery!

THE END TIME GATHERING OF ISRAEL (YASHARAL): HOW WILL OUR PEOPLE BE GATHERED?

And we probably left the best for last. Now we have looked at the fact that we must flee out of the midst of Babylon. We have looked at the fact that we will not be gathered in Babylon.

Hence it is only fitting that we show exactly how the scriptures say we will be gathered. This will show us exactly what the command to flee really, really means.

Make sure you don’t leave before you watch this very inciteful video!

CONCLUSION: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO FLEE OUT OF THE MIDST OF BABYLON?

If you have gone through the videos on this page, you should now be fully understanding what the Most High meant in the book of Jeremiah when he said:

Jer 51:6  Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the LORD’S vengeance; he will render unto her a recompence.

You should now understand the seriousness of the command and how imperative it is that we obey. Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and save your soul!

2 thoughts on “Flee Out Of The Midst Of Babylon? Powerful Insight Into What It Means For Us Today”

  1. Keepstronghavefaith

I don’t agree with this assessment. Yah speaks of raising a literal man (not a system) that will rule the world – the beast – the king in the north – the little horn – the man of sin – the lawless one – the son of perdition – the false shephard- the king of tyre – the king of babylon – antichrist – the prince of Israel etc. Messiah says that one who comes in his own name will be accepted. The scripture puts so much emphasis on a proud and blasphemous conqueror being raised up to destroy and mislead the world. “Is this the man that made the earth to tremble?”

This is not the Catholic church (although they are an antitype, as was antiochus, so is nebuchadnezzer). These are given for examples as to what we should expect to see.

Daniel, Revelation and Yahusha’s Jerusalem prophecy make it clear that from the setup of the abomination of desolation (this man in the temple in jerusalem). As Paul says he will proclaim himself to be above the most high in the temple (there is a physical temple prophecised in the millenium). From this moment to the 2nd coming is 3 1/2 years. The gentiles tread the city underfoot 42 months. The beast reigns 42 months. 1260 days from abomination of desolation to the end. To ignore this is to ignore biblical prophecy. Daniels prophecy has multiple fulfillments. If it didnt it then that would mean the resurrection has already come and gone, which it hasn’t.

    1. Thanks for giving your opinion. What you are speaking about is the man who will rule the new world order, who will lead the beast system. He is also called the beast because he will be the leader of the beast. This is who is also called “The antichrist.” We are speaking about the system here, not the leader. We hope to focus on this leader some time in the future, but this post was not based on him.
